All roles are remote, based in Colombia or Costa Rica, independent contractor. We bring the team to Texas twice a year and visit our team in their region once a year. Daily overlap with our Houston team during US Central business hours is expected.
Build the automation that runs our operations. n8n in production, agent orchestration, LLM API work, integration across Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and our internal stack. Pair daily with our Operations Manager and General Manager.
Own the marketing engine — content, social, dealer co-op programs, email cadences. Customer-facing copy work; strong English required.
Build the dealer-facing and team-facing applications on Next.js + Supabase. Strong React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL chops.
Run dealer marketing programs end-to-end — co-op, content distribution, campaign execution, and reporting back to the brands.
